As a Liberal Arts major I had many classes where creative problem solving was highlighted. As I studied Gender in Society we addressed the gap in gender equity and how could this be addressed in a common sense way. Equality in the Classroom highlighted the growing needs within one classroom, encouraging students to think abstractly of how can we find inclusion without disruption of a classroom.
These and a natural creativity I have built a solid foundation of creative problem solving. As a I broke into non-profit work and case management I was able to double down on these skills to care for our guests with limited resources.
